Law360, New York (November 08, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge has remanded to the Superior Court of New Jersey a product liability suit alleging a defective surgical mesh patch caused a woman to suffer serious medical complications.
Judge Mary M. Lisi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island said Tuesday that she agreed with a previous magistrate judge's recommendation that the case filed by Jenine Von Essen against medical product makers C.R. Bard Inc. and its subsidiary, Davol Inc., be sent back to state court.
