Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 3:24 PM ET) -- A study published Wednesday found no significant increase in cancer among first responders and others exposed to dust and debris from the 9/11 terrorist attacks, a finding that comes months after the federal government decided a compensation fund should cover many cancers.
