Tug-Of-War Over Fosamax Class Continues

Law360, New York (December 03, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The battle over whether to certify a dental monitoring class in the Fosamax case took center stage on Friday as plaintiffs' attorneys pushed the judge to grant class status to those patients who have yet to develop the painful jaw condition that is allegedly linked to the osteoporosis medication.
