Law360, New York (January 29, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- The federal judge presiding over the Fosamax case has dismissed a host of claims connected to a push for a dental monitoring class in the multidistrict litigation that centers around whether Merck & Co.'s osteoporosis medication leads to painful deterioration of the jaw.
