23andMe Hit With False Ad Suit Over DNA Tests

Law360, New York (December 02, 2013, 5:07 PM ET) -- DNA tester 23andMe Inc. was hit with a proposed class action Wednesday, in which the company is accused of falsely advertising its saliva collection kit and personal genome service product as accurately providing health reports on more than 240 genetic medical conditions.
