Law360, New York (March 20, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district judge has approved the dismissal of a patent dispute between Eli Lilly & Co. and Synthon Laboratories Inc. in federal court in Virginia despite objections from one of Synthon's co-defendants facing similar claims in another district.
