Law360, New York (June 02, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eli Lilly & Co. has removed a lawsuit brought against it by the state of Arkansas to federal court, saying that the litigation over the anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa raises a broad range of federal issues, such as Medicaid funding and federal control of drug labeling.
