Law360, New York (June 13, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sepracor Inc. and Brussels-based pharmaceutical company UCB SA sued Novartis AG's generics arm, Sandoz Inc., in North Carolina on Thursday, marking the third suit the two have filed recently over allergy drug Xyzal.
Sepracor, UCB and U.S. subsidiary UCB Inc. filed their suit against Sandoz in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina on Thursday. The same three plaintiffs sued Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. over Xyzal on May 28 and Synthon Holding BV on April 11.
