Ailing Healthcare Company Gets Shot In The Arm

Law360, New York (March 30, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- The prognosis for Curative Health Services Inc. got a little better as a bankruptcy court gave the struggling company permission to go into emergency funds pending an interim hearing next week.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stuart M. Bernstein ruled, in an emergency bridge order, that the healthcare company would be able to tap into the cash collateral securing its lender claims if necessary.
