U. Of Pittsburgh Owns Stem Cell Patent: Judge

Law360, New York (June 19, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A district judge has ruled that the University of Pittsburgh and its licensee Artecel Inc. control the rights to a patent on stem cells derived from fat, dealing a blow to the rival claimants, the University of California and its licensee Cytori Therapeutics, Artecel announced Thursday.
