Law360, New York (July 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Fresh from a $10 million victory in an infringement case over patents relating to laser treatment of varicose veins, VNUS Medical Technologies Inc. announced Wednesday it is suing three more companies for alleged infringement of the same patents.
In a complaint filed June 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, VNUS accuses Biolitec Inc., Dornier MedTech America Inc., and CoolTouch Inc. of selling products that infringe three of its patents.
