LecTec Sticks J&J, Others With Medical Patch Suit

Law360, New York (July 28, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Patent-holding company LecTec Corp. let fly a lawsuit Friday accusing Johnson & Johnson Consumer Cos. Inc. and Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., among others, of infringing two patents related to adhesive patches.

The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, accuses five health care product manufacturers of making and selling products that infringe LecTec’s patents for medicated adhesive patches.
