Willfulness Claims Stricken In 4 ADHD Drug Suits

Law360, New York (November 06, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed claims of willful infringement from four separate actions brought by Celgene Corp. and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. to stop several rival pharmaceutical companies from marketing and selling generic versions of Focalin XR, an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder medication.
