Pa. Presses To Wage Vioxx Battle On State Turf

Law360, New York (January 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The commonwealth of Pennsylvania has asked a federal judge to return a lawsuit to state court that accuses Merck & Co. of fraudulently representing its drug Vioxx and prompting the state to pay more than it would have for safer medications.
