CORRECTED: Boston Scientific, Radiologist Settle Stent Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 23, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Boston Scientific has agreed to settle all outstanding litigation with a New Jersey radiologist, putting to rest a three-year-long patent dispute over stent products. In connection with that settlement, the company expects to record a pretax charge to earnings of $50 million in the first quarter of 2009, it said.
