Lilly Loses Round Over Depositions In Zyprexa MDL

Law360, New York (March 26, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A judge in charge of discovery in the multidistrict litigation over Eli Lilly & Co.'s anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa has denied the drug company's request for an order “for the benefit of wary physicians” that doctors can testify on patient records, ruling that Lilly cannot preempt disputes over future depositions.
