Law360, New York (April 27, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Reckitt Benckiser Inc. has filed a lawsuit to stop Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. from making a generic version of the blockbuster cough treatment Mucinex.
The U.K.-based health care products company filed suit Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, accusing Watson and its subsidiary, Watson Laboratories Inc. - Florida, of infringing two patents for the drug.
