Real Estate Rumors: Hayes Mansion, Icon, Baccarat Hotel

The San Jose City Council will meet on Tuesday to consider giving the green light to proceed with a sale of the property to Washington, D.C.-based Asha Cos., the journal said. The city plans to use some of the proceeds from the sale to pay off bond debt connected with that and other properties, according to the report....
