Law360, New York (September 17, 2009, 4:08 PM ET) -- A federal judge is allowing limited discovery to take place in an insurance dispute brought by an insulation company against Zurich American Insurance Co. over coverage of health impacts from asbestos.
Judge Jeanne J. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota wrote Tuesday that the case should still move forward so that asbestos victims could potentially receive an insurance payout as soon as possible, despite Zurich's motion for judgment on the pleadings.
