New Orleans, Insurer Settle Landfill Claims Spat

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 3:23 PM ET) -- The Housing Authority of New Orleans and Republic Insurance Co. have settled a dispute regarding insurance coverage of damages related to a class action that alleged chemical exposure and property damage claims at the site of a former city landfill.
