Snell & Wilmer Fails To Shake Trustee's Suit

Law360, New York (September 29, 2009, 4:38 PM ET) -- A federal judge has kept alive a bankruptcy plan trustee's suit accusing Snell & Wilmer LLP of representing the original trustee in a man's Chapter 11 case without disclosing its simultaneous representation of an insurer that refused to defend the estate in a property battle.
