Law360, New York (November 05, 2009, 3:38 PM ET) -- Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. is fighting back against a bid by Transamerica Life Insurance Co. for relief and modification of the permanent injunction handed down this summer in a patent infringement case over a computerized method for providing retirement income benefits.
