Congress To Probe NY Fed's Role In AIG Disclosures

Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 5:02 PM ET) -- The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee announced on Friday that it will call U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to testify on whether the Federal Reserve Bank of New York improperly advised American International Group Inc. to withhold details from the public about the government's bailout of the insurance giant.
