Insurer Tries To Ax Suit Over $30M Cruise Outbreak

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 3:31 PM ET) -- Continental Insurance Co. has asked a court to dismiss a suit claiming that the insurer owes coverage to a water treatment company that had to pay out $30 million following a fatal outbreak of Legionnaires' disease on a cruise ship.
