Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 3:04 PM ET) -- Firing back in a suit filed by Welch Foods Inc., Axis Surplus Insurance Co. has argued it is not obligated to cover defense costs and possible awards in two pending actions accusing the juice giant of false advertising.
