Sens. Press For Insurance Antitrust Exemption Repeal

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 6:56 PM ET) -- In a letter to President Barack Obama and the leaders of both chambers of Congress, Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and 18 other senators pushed for the repeal of federal antitrust exemptions for medical malpractice and health insurers.
