W.Va. Teacher Gets AIG Action Sent Back To State

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 6:50 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted a West Virginia teacher's bid to remand to state court a putative class action accusing insurance giant American International Group Inc. of selling fixed annuities to educators by misrepresenting the products as being connected with a state retirement board.
