Law360, New York (February 03, 2010, 2:26 PM ET) -- American International Group Inc. affiliates have filed suit against Miami-based construction materials provider Banner Supply Co., seeking a declaration that they owe no coverage for nearly 150 lawsuits pending against the company over issues related to defective Chinese drywall.

Chartis Specialty Insurance Co., Illinois National Insurance Co. and National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh filed their complaint against Banner and several of its affiliates on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
