Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 3:18 PM ET) -- An insurer has asked a judge to strike testimony from a professor speaking on behalf of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in a suit over directors and officers coverage for securities claims stemming from a $280 million accounting restatement.
