A&F Wants Federal Sanctioned Over Unpaid Costs

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 1:25 PM ET) -- Fed up with trying to get Federal Insurance Co. to cover some $6 million in underlying litigation bills, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. has asked a federal judge to hold the recalcitrant insurer in contempt and order it to fork over hundreds of thousands of dollars in withheld payments.
