Law360, New York (June 02, 2010, 3:29 PM ET) -- The insurance industry is railing against Congress for failing to pass yet another short-term extension to the National Flood Insurance Program, a move that postpones the issuance and renewal of program policies until lawmakers can take action on the bill after their Memorial Day recess.
