Law360, New York (July 02, 2010, 1:55 PM ET) -- Continental Insurance Co. has buried the hatchet with Pentair Water Treatment (OH) Co. in a suit claiming the insurer owed coverage to the water treatment company, which had to pay out $30 million following a fatal outbreak of Legionnaires' disease on a cruise ship.
Judge Barbara S. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York signed off on a stipulation between the parties Wednesday, dismissing the case with prejudice and with each party to bear its own costs and attorneys' fees....
