Washington National Takes Hit In Coverage Class Action

Law360, New York (September 09, 2010, 4:51 PM ET) -- A federal judge has granted summary judgment to a class of Washington National Insurance Corp. policyholders in a suit accusing the insurer of improperly rejecting claims for home health care costs and failing to increase policy limits every year as promised.
