Law360, New York (November 02, 2010, 6:03 PM ET) -- A slew of insurance companies do not have to cover asbestos defense costs that were incurred by Anco Insulations Inc. before the company tendered the underlying litigation to the insurers, a federal judge has ruled.
Judge Brian A. Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana issued the ruling Monday, dismissing claims for the reimbursement of pre-tender defense costs and fees that Anco and two primary insurers had levied against the other insurance companies.
