Pentair Sues Insurer For Interest On $30M Judgment

Law360, New York (December 02, 2010, 7:12 PM ET) -- Pentair Water Treatment (OH) Co. has launched another suit against an insurer, this time seeking coverage from Westchester Fire Insurance Co. for the interest and taxable costs of the $30 million judgment the water treatment company paid following a fatal outbreak of Legionnaires' disease on a cruise ship.
