Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 4:13 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Monday affirmed a summary judgment ruling for UnitedHealth Group Inc. and PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., defeating Omnicare Inc.'s competition suit claiming the merging insurers' decision to recognize a contract less favorable to the pharmacy was unlawful.
