Oracle Oil Coverage Spat Kicked Back To La. Court

Law360, New York (January 13, 2011, 6:21 PM ET) -- Oracle Oil LLC's coverage suit against three insurance companies will head back to a Louisiana state court after a federal judge agreed Thursday with a magistrate judge's finding that the insurers' removal notice was untimely.
