Beazley Sues To Get CMoney's D&O Policy Tossed

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 2:29 PM ET) -- Beazley Insurance Co. Inc. has asked a federal court to strike a $5 million directors and officers policy it sold to cMoney Inc., alleging that the mobile technology company submitted shady financial statements when applying for the policy.
