High Court Denies Cert On Ch. 11 Insurance Payments

Law360, New York (March 07, 2011, 1:00 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from an insurer over whether debtors in Chapter 11 cases need to give administrative priority to and pay in full the cost of necessary insurance purchased during the bankruptcy.
