2011 Securities Suits On Track To Set Record: Report

Law360, New York (April 19, 2011, 7:42 PM ET) -- The number of securities lawsuits launched this year may break 2010's record, meaning insurers could face big exposure despite the calming of a credit crisis responsible for an avalanche of securities litigation in years past, according to a report released Tuesday.
