Ace Settles With Mets Ballpark Over Injury Suit Coverage

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 5:58 PM ET) -- An Ace Ltd. subsidiary agreed Thursday to settle its suit against the developer of the New York Mets' Citi Field alleging the insurer has no duty to defend or indemnify a construction worker's bodily injury suit until the developer pays a self-insured retention.
