Law360, Washington (August 15, 2011, 2:12 PM ET) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday certified a nationwide class of Cigna Corp. insurance beneficiaries who allege the company improperly denied their claims for certain types of treatment for autism spectrum disorders.
