Law360, New York (September 22, 2011, 5:31 PM ET) -- Amerisure Mutual Insurance Co. on Thursday ended its lawsuit seeking to avoid covering a Florida construction company in underlying litigation alleging water leakage and other defects at a Louisiana apartment complex because of poor workmanship.
U.S. District Judge Federico A. Moreno dismissed the case with prejudice at the request of Amerisure and Pompano Beach, Fla.-based M&R Drywall Inc.
