Insurer Sues Kornegay Over Hepatitis B Claims Coverage

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 9:57 PM ET) -- As Kornegay Healthcare Inc. fends off lawsuits stemming from a 2010 hepatitis B outbreak at one of its North Carolina nursing homes that killed six patients, its insurer said Monday that it had no obligation to defend or indemnify the health care provider.
