Law360, New York (September 28, 2011, 1:44 PM ET) -- Lowenstein Sandler PC said Tuesday that it had snagged veteran insurance attorney Lynda A. Bennett from Herold Law PA for its Roseland, N.J., office, where she will serve as chair of the firm's insurance coverage group.
Bennett is no stranger to Lowenstein, which she joined as an associate in 1997. Now returning as a member of the firm, she succeeds Robert Chesler, who had served as the insurance coverage group's chair for 20 years.
