9th Circ. To Rehear Genocide Insurance Case En Banc

Law360, Washington (November 07, 2011, 7:22 PM ET) -- The Ninth Circuit said Monday it would hold an en banc review of a class action dispute over a California law governing time limits for claims arising under life insurance policies issued to victims of the Armenian Genocide.
