Law360, New York (February 06, 2012, 12:38 PM ET) -- President Barack Obama will nominate to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. board a JP Morgan Securities LLC executive director who previously served in former President George W. Bush's administration, the White House announced Friday.
Jeremiah O. Norton, who was deputy assistant secretary for financial institutions policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2007 to 2009, will become a board member if confirmed by the U.S. Senate. He joins several pending nominees for board positions.
