Insurers Must Defend MGA In Bratz Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2012, 7:59 PM ET) -- Insurers Markel Corp. and Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. have a duty to defend MGA Entertainment Inc. in its trade secrets battle with Mattel Inc. over the popular Bratz doll line, a California federal judge ruled Tuesday.
