Blue Cross Must Face Autism Therapy Action: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (February 24, 2012, 8:29 PM ET) -- The Sixth Circuit on Friday declined to review the certification of a class of all parents with children who had been denied applied behavior analysis therapy for autism by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan on the ground that the therapy was “experimental.”
