Law360, Los Angeles (May 03, 2012, 8:24 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday refused Epstein Becker Green's bid to toss an insurance broker's malpractice suit over the law firm's alleged mishandling of a $400 million contract dispute.
A five-judge panel for the Appellate Division of New York Supreme Court rebuffed Epstein Becker Green's argument that Aramarine Brokerage Inc. can't hold the firm responsible for failing to make certain arguments to the Second Circuit because the appeals court would have rejected them.
